VIGO Dresden Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 58.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet, horrible installation design, et I bought this product approx. 2 years ago and just replaced it. It is beautiful, however the sprayer was awsome at first and then stopped working completely after a few months. The installation design is flawed. The pipe that connects through the sink is too skinny. As a result the faucet constantly came loose and my husband would have to go under the sink monthly to tighten the faucet. It became unbearable. Unfortunately it was an extreme waste of money. We did have it professionally installed and the plumber at the time said it was an odd set up. Buy a more quality product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very beautiful faucet but.... I've bought this on Amazon and have been using it for a year now in my new home. Everyone loves it, and it stands out too. But overall functionality isn't what it should be. It has a pot filler, which in my opinion shouldn't be the MAIN water outlet. the sprout should have been the main water outlet and OPTIONAL pot filler use. Also you have to keep the sprout valve engaged so when you let go water starts to flow from the pot filler. It has held up to water bubbles drying on the faucet, which you can wipe clean even if it dried but no rust or corrosion as of yet. I've installed it on a granite sink and the chrome really pops out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I wanted to love it... It lost a star because of the sprayer. I love that the sprayer is very tall. I can easily rinse large cookie sheets but if you use hot water through the sprayer, there isn't any insulation where you place your hand and it gets very hot, very fast! My horizontal bar is sagging just like everyone else's (yours will too). I also thought the the 'rod' between the spring and the horizontal bar was metal. It is not! It's just exposed vinyl tubing. I honestly thought I was missing a part. You don't realize it until the last step. Please redesign this sprayer. I want to LOVE this faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible faucet This faucet doesn't work properly. The sprayer is inconsistent and either delivers a weak spray or none at all. Sometimes it sprays really well for about 1-2 seconds, then fizzles. The sprayer will not stay in it's cradle. It cost a fortune to install because the plumber had to return several times to change out parts which Vigo sent to me. The replacement parts didn't solve the problem. I've had it for several months and just can't stand it. Will be changing it soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Faucet I purchased this faucet 3 years ago and have absolutely loved it. It is striking and everyone comments on it. But the absolute best part of this purchase was Christian Landazabal in Customer Service. He is knowledgeable and immediately sent me a part that I needed no questions asked. He even sent the part to me twice, when it was stolen out of my mailbox. It is basically impossible to get great customer service and a company that stands behind their products as Vigo does. It is much appreciated!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stylish and Sturdy Faucet. We bought this faucet after being quoted 2k for a similar one from a local supplier. I'm very glad we went with it. It has a striking design, and is very functional. The spray handle is powerful. In general, the faucet is made of a high quality, heavy brass (with chrome covering), and looks and feels like a much more expensive piece. Definitely recommended.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Impressive Fawcett We love the fawcett, however the support arm for the sprayer head sags. It does not remain perpendicular to the main body of the fawcett. I noticed it right away, my wife saw it and to show how noticeable it is, my 10 yr old son pointed it out. The connection point for this support arm is secured with a small set screw into a nylon collar. I have serious doubts that this will last a long time. I contacted customer support and they claim that it was designed that way. I am not 100% satisfied with that, but the overall look and functionality is impressive. Good water pressure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks nice, performs terribly Sprayer worked great at first, after a couple months it wouldn't stay in place and now the rubber does not hold it at all. Not to just one of them but both of ours. It's truly a bad design but at least it looked decent when it was first installed. Would not recommend for any practical purposes unless it's in a model home.
