VIGO reserves the right to modify these Delivery Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Please review this page regularly to ensure you understand and accept any updates. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
Customers should always refer to the available delivery options and corresponding prices shown during the online checkout process. Pricing and delivery times may vary based on destination zip code, proximity to a distribution center, total order weight, or order size.
All standard shipping within the continental United States is free.
An Oversized/Fragile Delivery fee of $99 applies to shower doors, enclosures, tub doors, and screens due to special handling and packaging requirements.
We do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa).
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
Processing time may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or new product launches.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped.

VIGO uses third-party vendors (“Parcel Carriers”) to perform regular deliveries. By placing an order, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact details, shared with the Parcel Carrier.
4.1 Delivery Time
An estimated delivery date will be displayed in your shopping cart before checkout. This date is not guaranteed and is calculated based on order-processing time and carrier-transit schedules. Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
4.2 Order Tracking
You can track your shipment by visiting the Track Your Order page on our website. You may also register with the Parcel Carrier for delivery updates.
4.3 Upon Delivery
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery to confirm there are no visible signs of damage or missing items.
All damage or shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to returns@vigoindustries.com.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Large orders (including Oversized/Fragile items) are shipped via independent freight carriers (“Delivery Companies”). By selecting this option at checkout, you consent to have your delivery details transmitted to the assigned Delivery Company.
5.1 Oversized/Fragile Delivery
The $99 Oversized/Fragile Delivery fee applies to all shower doors, enclosures, tub doors, and shower screens that require special packaging and freight handling due to weight and glass fragility.
5.2 Delivery Options
VIGO offers Standard and Oversized/Fragile Delivery for large orders (availability varies by product and destination). Delivery options and pricing are displayed during checkout.
Standard Delivery:
Orders will be delivered to the front door of your home or the front desk of your building. If the delivery location is unattended, the carrier will leave the order in a safe location whenever possible.
Oversized/Fragile Delivery:
An Oversized/Fragile Delivery applies to large or heavy items such as shower doors, enclosures, tub doors, and screens that require special packaging, handling, and freight transportation. These deliveries are made to the front door or front desk of your building and may arrive on a pallet. Due to their weight and size, items will not be carried inside, unpacked, or installed by the carrier. Customers are responsible for moving the product indoors and disposing of any packaging materials.
5.3 Delivery Requirements
Deliveries will be made to the front door of your home or the front desk of your building.
If the delivery location is unattended, the carrier will leave the package in a safe place whenever possible.
In cases where the delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or safety concerns, a re-delivery fee may apply. Orders held at the shipping terminal will be stored free of charge for three (3) days before additional storage or redelivery fees are charged.
Please note any visible packaging damage, missing items, or defects upon delivery. Failure to do so may limit our ability to process replacements or refunds.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting returns@vigoindustries.com.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
We want you to love your VIGO product. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make it right.
You may return products within 30 days of delivery if they are not damaged, stained, modified, or used, and are in their original condition with proof of purchase.
To request a return authorization, please refer to the packing slip included with your shipment and contact returns@vigoindustries.com with your order number.
Note: Returns to vigoindustries.com can only be processed for purchases made on our website.
Purchases made through authorized retailers (e.g., The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Build.com) must be returned directly to those retailers.
At this time, VIGO ships only within the continental United States.
We do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO addresses.
Our Parcel Carriers and Delivery Companies do not remove, dispose of, or pick up old items.
Certain delivery restrictions may apply in remote or limited-access areas.
These Delivery Terms are subject to applicable federal and state consumer protection laws and are intended to provide clear expectations for our customers.
